Local DOS with broken FastCGI applications

 Description
-------------

A broken FastCGI application can bring lighttpd into an endless loop and
the server uses 100% cpu time. This can be a problem in shared hosting
environments, where users can run custom fastcgi applications.

 Solutions or Workaround
-------------------------

There is no known workaround. Please upgrade to 1.4.16 or apply
lighttpd-1.4.x_mod_fastcgi_local_dos.patch
